Orders are being processed upon receipt of payment, and are shipped within 5 – 10 business days. However, when orders are custom assemble, delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

On rare occasion due to strong demand, some items may become out of stock without warning and be placed on back order. We make every effort to avoid this. If this should occur, you will be notified, and have a choice of canceling your order or be placed on back order.

Shipping charges are based on the 48 contiguous states. Please contact us for shipping quote to Alaska and Hawaii.

We do ship worldwide – please contact us for a quote and detail before placing your order.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. We ship brand new un-opened products. 
On occasion, an item may be missing, a product may arrive damaged due shipping, or may be defective. If this should occur, Please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace it immediately at no additional charge. We must receive defective items within 10 days from delivery. If you encounter any problem with the product you have purchased after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer. Each manufacturer may carry different warranty.

You must contact us before any return takes place and get a Return Goods Authorization.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original un-opened packaging, and must include packing slip and / or invoice. 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping cost is non refundable. Customer is responsible to all shipping costs.

All return products will be inspected before any credits are issued.

Limited Warranty:
The limited warranty applicable to the products is included in the product documentation along with the products. All goods are warranted against defects in manufacture according to the manufacturer stated warranty. Products will not be accepted for replacement under this warranty unless we have given prior authorization for their return. Upon receipt of Products returned for replacement we will determine whether such Products qualify for replacement under this warranty.
